We want you to be 'up and running' ASAP with the minimum of fuss - SALONBase is very easy to use - however if in the first 60 days you need some help or advice then we can assist providing you with support at our Gold level.
If you have an internet connection at your premies either as a fixed line or mobile broadband then we can connect to your PC (provided you give us permission). After your 60 days expires then you can continue with an optional annual support contract. If you purchase your support during your initial 60 days then you will get a 50% discount - the figures below show what you will pay with the 50% discount already deducted.

As we operate 24 hrs a day 7 days a week so 99% of calls Monday to Friday are answered immediately. Calls over the weekend are on a call back system.

The above prices have had the 50% discount already deducted and assume that the optional support is taken out during your initial free 60 days. If this is not the case then you will not be able to get the 50% discount.
Most things that are not covered by our support are issues that are outside of SALONBase and therefore would not expect to be covered. These include the following examples:
Database corruption including unrecognized database format and database repair issues - except within the scope of BUSINESS Guard
Network issues (other than networking within SALONBase) including mapping drives, Windows permissions.
Any issue that is outside our software package
Issues which effect our software, but are the result of other PC issues, No support plan includes on site visits.
